Established in 2024, Evergreen Tactical Solutions is a veteran-owned security company formed by seasoned security officers with over a decade of combined experience. Driven by a commitment to enhance security in the private sector, our founders successfully transitioned existing personnel from previous contracts at other security companies, offering them a position within ETS.

This strategic move resulted in a fully-staffed company with a remarkable 35 years of accumulated experience in the private security field, ensuring continuity for clients who experienced no disruption in coverage during this transition. With a leadership team of individuals who have worked together for years, Evergreen Tactical Solutions is poised to set a new standard in security services.

With our founder having over a decade of experience in the security industry, Evergreen Tactical Solutions has developed extensive knowledge across various sectors of the private market. This diverse experience has allowed us to refine our policies and procedures, ensuring a high standard of service for both our guards and our clients.

Each client receives a customized Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that our guards will follow, which is available for review and revision in accordance with Washington State Security Standards.
